The combination itself has never been tested in a controlled trial, and the evidence usually offered for it comes from separate component studies, mostly in animals. Safety and cautions

The cancer and tumor-growth concern is theoretical but biologically specific. Thymosin beta-4 has been linked in laboratory and tumor models to metastasis and tumor blood-vessel growth. Both components are unapproved, and unregulated product identity is uncertain. A recent review describes scarce human safety data and potential for serious harm across unapproved peptide therapies. The actual identity, purity, and component ratio of unregulated material cannot be assumed. [9]

Both ingredients create anti-doping risk. TB-500 is a recognized analytical target, while BPC-157 falls under non-approved-substance rules. Tested athletes face documented sanction risk. [18] [10]

Human tolerability data on the thymosin side concern the full-length protein. Those studies did not test the Ac-LKKTETQ fragment and did not test the blend. Treating full-length-protein results as blend safety data confuses distinct molecules and study questions. [19] [20]

Angiogenesis deserves specific caution where new blood-vessel growth is unwanted. Both component rationales can promote angiogenic signaling. That biology may aid repair, but it is also why active tumors and proliferative eye disease appear in the corpus caution framework. This remains mechanistic reasoning, not a measured blend outcome.
